We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and processes that ensure high-quality outcomes across our global operations. In this role, you will coordinate and oversee all testing activities across multiple teams and countries, ensuring the Enterprise Applications we are implementing meet the highest standards. You will collaborate closely with functional leaders, project management, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and align testing with project goals. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring timely and accurate reporting of test progress, quality metrics, and issues.

As a leader, you will mentor a team of test analysts, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. You will manage and report defects, ensuring their timely resolution, and identify risks, developing mitigation plans to address potential challenges. Additionally, you will drive the adoption and integration of testing tools and techniques to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our testing processes. **Ko wai koe | About you**

You have a solid track record of successfully delivering Enterprise Applications, ideally those involving large business solutions. You are passionate about enabling delivery and should have:

- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for continuous improvement and staying updated with the latest industry trends.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in various testing tools and platforms, particularly ADO.
