**Core Duties**:

- Retail sales
- Customer enquiries and reservations
- Cash-handling
- Merchandising
- Fulfilling online orders
- Delivering an exceptional Tour & Tasting experience
- Experience in a similar role (Retail, Tourism or Hospitality)
- E-commerce and merchandising experience
- Flexibility in hours of work
