**About the role**

Responsibilities for this role include:

- The ongoing reliability, performance, and availability of the EWM end-to-end environment and integrated SD functions
- Conduct SAP Configuration and creation of Functional Design Documents in both the EWM and related SD spaces.
- Provide the Wholesale Service Delivery business with experienced thought leadership around warehouse process efficiency and accuracy, leveraging the full suite of EWM functionality to delivery improvements.
- Manage the design and build of BAU fixes and CI related EWM solutions which deliver ongoing and incremental benefits to Foodstuffs.
- Provide advice and guidance on related SAP incidents, working in collaborative support approach across multiple teams including but not limited to SAP Technical Basis and SAP SD.
- Support the change management processes related to EWM, aligned with ‘Best Practice’ and leveraging experience in similar business environments.

**About you**

You’ll be enthusiastic and passionate about SAP solutions that solve business problems, with a balance of technical skills and business FMCG knowledge giving you the ability to partner with the business - you’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with an Agile mindset for this complex environment. With the customer always at the forefront of what we do you will proactively identify customer issues and quickly resolve any customer problems.

Experience needed for this role includes:

- At least 2 years hands-on configuration experience within the SAP EWM module.
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager for change management
- Experience using Agile methodology
- SAP certification is a plus.
