We sat down with our Head of Property in Auckland, who let us know the following about the role:
**What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?**
- Relationship Management - proactively managing, and growing, a portfolio of property clients
- Market engagement - maintaining and growing your external networks to keep up to date with market knowledge and identify prospect transactions
- Developing, coaching, and mentoring Senior Associates within the wider Property Finance team
- Risk Management - Quality Assurance measures, monitoring asset quality along with customer OCDD, KYC
