The company sources products and works with international manufacturers to deliver the latest and customized products.

The Sales and Project Consultant client base includes cafes, restaurants, hotels, institutions, anywhere that a commercial kitchen is located

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage existing client base and actively seek further business opportunities
- Work alongside business owners/managers to develop/design commercial kitchen layout
- Liaise between HO design team, suppliers, clients and installers to ensure smooth delivery of project within budget and on time
- Promotion of new products and market information
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Maintain a sales pipeline to ensure targets are achieved
- Prepare monthly reports to a high standard by agreed date in approved format

**Skills and Experience**:

- Sound knowledge of sales techniques within defined projects
- Knowledge of the design and operation of commercial kitchens
- Can interpret site plans
- Able to draw plans to scale
- Understanding of New Zealand building regulations
- Well-developed planning, organisation and communication skills
- Driven and result focused
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Able to develop strong external networks
