- Preparing weekly work schedule for staff and finding suitable replacements in cases of staff absence.

*Ensuring that all cafe expenses are within budget and identifying ways to decrease operational costs.

*Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget.

*Receiving delivered cafe supplies and verifying that the correct items and quantities have been delivered.

*Taking inventory of cafe supplies and ordering new stock as needed.

*Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and customer service.

*suggesting new menu items based on customer's preferences and feedback.

*Promoting and Marketing the business.

*Identifying strategies to retain and attract customers.
- Ensure health ,Safety regulations are followed

*Selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff
- All cash handling and financial transactions.

*

Pay: $29.66 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
