We are in a massive growth phase, growing our team and require Business Consultants to join us in Christchurch.

You'll work within a team of experienced business consultants who get along, lend a hand and love exceeding customer expectations. The team covers a wide range of tasks supporting a thriving sales force across New Zealand.

Your focus will be on administration and phone-based customer service to support our delivery of services. As well as working with your team, you'll also liaise directly with our clients on a regular basis to assist and enhance their Kiwibank experience.

- A background in banking, professional services, or customer service is preferred, with a key focus on detail.
- Passionate about delivering excellent Customer outcomes - every time.
- Strong level of self-awareness, ability to be self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and can-do attitude, proactively seeking feedback from fellow team members and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong Mindset and Behaviour traits when dealing with challenges and obstacles, adopting a problem-solving attitude.
- Encourages wider team members to persevere to deliver better customer outcomes, demonstrates positive can-do attitude.
- Demonstrates a flexible and adaptable approach to work, with strong uptake and leadership of change and improvement initiatives.
