Care on Call (NZ) Limited provides high quality and personalised home care support services for people of all ages throughout New Zealand. Our clients might be living with injury / illness or need some help in their home to live comfortably and safely.

We have offices througout New Zealand with teams that include Client Service Managers, Coordinators, Registered Nurses - all back by HR, Accounts, Payroll and Management teams. We employ a large Support Worker team out in the community supporting our clients and together we all make a difference in other people's lives.

We are seeking a general administrator super star to join the Care on Call team in our Lower Hutt office (working from home in COVID times). Reporting to the General Manager, this position includes responsbilities such as:

- Triaging all referrals into Care on Call
- Loading referral information into our software/database
- Quality calls to clients
- Managing some funder/client reporting
- Supporting the wider business and GM with projects that relate to the operations and coordination of services for our clients.
