As a Data Architect you will play a senior, critical role within this team, reporting to Director, Knowledge and Information Management. You will design data solutions that deliver business outcomes, ensuring there is alignment to enterprise architecture and organisation wide frameworks and practices. You will have the empowerment and mandate to uplift and grow the capabilities within the data management space across our organisations, while also imparting your skills and knowledge to junior members within the team. Ō pūkenga - About you As an experienced and high performing data architect, you'll bring:

- Proven experience in, and a passion for data architecture with a business focused way of working.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with demonstrable experience engaging with the business to design solutions that meet targeted needs.
- Experience and enjoyment in coaching and mentoring junior staff.
- An understanding of Cloud based solutions - particularly Azure and AWS.
- Experience gained in the banking sector is advantageous.
