**Position: People and Culture Advisor**
**Location**:Based at our main office in Mount Maunganui
**Status**:Monday to Friday office-based role with flexible WFH arrangements [negotiable]
**Role Overview**:
As a People and Culture Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert human resources and employment relations advice to our organization. You will support the hiring, development, and management of our workforce while serving as a trusted representative for People and Culture functions. Your responsibilities will include conducting investigations, managing performance, drafting employment contracts, overseeing HRIS systems, and offering guidance on company policies and procedures.
**Key Functions and Responsibilities**:
- Provide expert advice to managers and employees, lead investigations, and manage performance management processes.
- Maintain employee data in HRIS systems, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and manage employment contracts and changes in status.
- Conduct regular audits for compliance, generate reports and analytics, and assist in the management of employee benefit programs.
**Key Attributes**:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in employment relations or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict mediation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Excellent administration and organizational skills.
**Qualifications**:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources and/or Employment Relations.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a human resources role.
