Building and leading a new team of highly capable Principal, Senior and Portfolio Advisors will be your priority as your team will support the delivery of critical projects that deliver valued services to the organisation and community.You will take the existing portfolio framework and extend and expand it to meet the needs of the team, of the Organisational Strategy and Capability Delivery branch and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). You will support the selection, management and reporting on a broad body of work. Through your team, you will provide advice and guidance to senior teams across our organisation on the investments. You will be for providing structure, leadership, information, advice, and support on investment decisions across the portfolio. This will include management of the portfolio selection process, development of the delivery plan that describes the portfolio and monitoring and reporting on performance against the Delivery plan.Currently excelling as an experienced strategic leader with extensive portfolio management and strategy/business-planning skills, you understand and can drive the strategic direction and intent of an organisation.Your influencing skills and emotional intelligence are second to none, as you and your team will be assisting the executive leadership team to define the investment portfolio that delivers best value and optimises the strategic spend across Fire and Emergency.Leading by example, you will develop yourself and your team, mentor and be mentored, grow your team and be grown as a leader.
