This role offers the opportunity to inspire, lead, and oversee a dedicated detailing team, ensuring every vehicle meets the high-quality expectations of thl's renowned brand pillars.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate the detailing team to achieve exceptional vehicle presentation.
- Manage daily workloads and ensure training for new staff members.
- Act as a role model, setting a high standard for behaviour and communication.
- Strive for team cohesion and handle problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and branch processes.
- Willingness to work on a rotating roster, including early and evening shifts.

**What You'll Bring**
- Full driver's license (manual and automatic)
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle systems and detailing processes.
- Ability to train and coach a team effectively.
- Willingness to work on a flexible rotating roster, including weekends.
