This role sits within our Private Bank Team, who cater specifically for the needs of the Banks high net worth individuals and families.

**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

You will work closely with Private Bankers and other Senior Associates, supporting comprehensive banking solutions for our clients immediate and future needs. We have spoken with the Head of Private Bank Support (who you would report to), and this is what she had to say about the role:
**What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role would complete?**
- Proactive administration support covering all aspects of Private Banking client requirements.
- Client relationship management alongside Private Bankers and internal and external stakeholder management as required.
- Engage with colleagues to work collaboratively as a high performing team and contribute to a successful team culture.
- Credit writing and all parts of credit administration.
- Implementation of risk processes, policies and controls.

**What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?**

This is a great platform to launch your Private Bank career and help the banks high net worth individuals and families. Whilst being be part of a collaborative, hard-working team in a role that offers a huge amount of variety.

**What is the most challenging thing about this opportunity?**

A very diverse, high-pressure role where no day is ever the same, and you're often juggling numerous priorities. Accuracy is key and so is keeping across every-changing regulatory and process requirements.

**What attributes will this person have in order to be successful?**

A solid understanding of a broad range of banking principals, credit writing and knowledge of banking systems is essential to this role. You will be solutions focused with excellent problem
- solving skills. You will have great communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills.

It is essential that you have a customer-focused attitude and a proven track record in managing workflow and prioritising time critical tasks. Your ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment alongside others and individually is unquestionable.
