**About this company**:
Draft NZ is proud to be partnered with international and local warehouse and logistics providers, who are looking to bring on new talent to join their team. Our client is looking for someone who can help assist with coordinating road and rail transport operation during the weekends. Also, required to work to relieve other employees for annual leave, sick leave.

**Duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Data Entry
- Assisting with dispatchers with customer requests and work flows
- Administration and Processes
- Compiling data and creating reports
- Communicate, maintain and develop an ongoing and enduring relationship with customers

**Location**:

- Mangere

**Hours**:

- Monday - Friday
- Day Shift - 7:00am - 3:30pm

**Skills / Experience / Qualifications**
- Previous experience admin experience
- Process driven and strong organisational skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft and excel computer skills

**To be eligible for these positions you must meet the following criteria**:

- Have a positive attitude and be able to work well in a team
- Reliable transport (essential)
- Must pass a drug test and disclose any criminal history
- Eligible to work in NZ and provide min of 2 referees
