**Job description**:
We are looking to add a full-time Project Engineer to join our Dunedin Team delivering successful minor capital projects to the Dunedin City Council. This position offers an excellent career opportunity for the right individual who desires to make an impact in the national evolving Three Waters space.

**What's the job?**

The Dunedin Depot has the maintenance contract for the Dunedin City Three Waters Network, as well as carrying out minor capital works on the network. The role is a great opportunity for you to obtain exposure to contract management and delivery in the water sector and drive improvements to ensure we deliver on our Maintenance Contract with the Dunedin City and Otago Regional Councils.

**Skills & Experience**
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, ideally Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering but not essential
- Valid Clean drivers' licence
- Minimum of three years civil engineering experience, preferably in Three Waters (water, wastewater, and stormwater) construction
- You are self-motivated and keen to learn, and you have great communication and relationship building skills.
- You make sure that all work is carried out with health and safety top-of-mind.
