**About the opportunity**

We are looking for an Inwards Goods Team Leader to join our Coolstores team based in the Sunny Nelson. This role is a full time permanent opportunity working Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm, With flexibility to be increased during peak season

This role includes the responsibility of leading, directing, planning, providing systems, standards and coordination for all Finished Goods and Dispatch operational functions and personnel. To also ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, and the effective, efficient, and economical delivery of all operational activities.

**About you**
- Proven experience in people leadership
- Positive attitude with the willingness to adapt & learn
- OSH certificate & Forklift experience
- Experience within Horticulture is preferred
