Over the years, they have grown to employ more than 300 full-time employees operating out of Auckland, Wellington, Hamilton, Whakatane, Christchurch, Queenstown, Suva, and Nadi.

**Your new role**
The role will be operating under high pressure and dealing with conflicting priorities as well as the needs of multiple stakeholders. The position therefore requires the individual to plan, organise, and prioritise their work in order to meet strict deadlines and provide timely and accurate information to all stakeholders. Key tasks:

- Allocate service calls to Service Technicians or Subcontractor as appropriate
- Continual liaison with the Service Technician or Subcontractor on the status of emergency calls to ensure the fault is being attended to within emergency timeframes
- Monitor and record daily all movements of field service personnel.
- Ensure statistical information is produced, collated and analysed on a daily basis to assist in evaluating the efficiency of the team and to inform resource allocation and service improvements.
- Follow-up on purchase orders issued to ensure costs and other details are finalised.
- Management of office filing and archiving including service requests to support our customers. An effective, accurate and tidy filing system.
- Provide timely and accurate information as required by the Administration Manager or Contract Manager to complete monthly and other reporting.

**What you'll need to succeed**

- Prior experience within a trade service or facilities management environment
- Management of service technicians and/or subcontractors in the field
- Customer service skills
- Planning ability - Ability to prioritise workload
- Effective communication skills
- Strong administration and data entry experience
