- We have over 1,000 staff working together across 13 locations to keep the power on and the lights going for our customers.
- We’re on the hunt for a Level 1 Service Desk Technician with excellent customer service skills to join our Service Desk team in our East Tamaki office.**The role**
Our Service Desk team provides exceptional technical expertise and support both in-house and remote to several offices based across North Island.
- In this role, you’ll be building and maintaining relationships with our internal stakeholders ranging from field staff to engineers and executives and providing them remote and on-site IT support. Amongst other things you will also:
- Provide first level support to Northpower staff including initial Call Diagnosis & Prioritisation
- Set up desktop/laptop, iPad and mobile hardware and software
- Coordinate hardware repair and replacement, suppliers and other vendors and the procurement of IT equipment
