This specialized structural engineering consultancy is seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Structural Technician to join their team in Newmarket, Auckland.

**About The Role**

As a Senior Structural Technician, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings, preparing material lists and estimating costs, and conducting site visits to gather information. You will be supporting the engineering teams in completing interesting and exciting high end residential projects.

**About You**
- A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience in New Zealand.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Structural Technician, with a focus on building structures.
- Proficiency in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit, for drafting and design purposes.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team of engineers, contractors, and other professionals.
- Knowledge of structural analysis software and experience with load calculations and stress analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
