**Your Impact**

As the Trade Marketing Manager - Licensed, you’ll collaborate with brand partners and sales teams to create impactful trade programs, drive new product launches, and ensure seamless execution for long-term success. This is a permanent full-time role.
- Translating NPD processes to channel
- Long-term planning horizon (6-12 months)
- Manage sales and marketing activity planning calendar
- Planogram communications to channel
- Own our POS path to purchase
- Oversee Trade Marketing Budgets

**About You**

You’re already a trade marketer with about 5 years of industry experience. You’ll be a time management expert, with a proven ability to deliver quality projects on time while adhering to the channel’s strategy, will put you in good stead to succeed in this role.

Your strong relationship-building skills will ensure a seamless collaboration between Sales and NPD, with a strong focus on linking brand partners, commercial functions and head office sales with field teams to deliver business objectives.
- Commercial awareness
- Effective communicator
- Preferable Trade Marketing or Key Account experience
- Business analysis
- Influencing/negotiation skills
- Competent presenter
