**About the Role**

An exciting opportunity to join our Global Product Support team and help promote and support our growing business in cloud/software solutions for Animal Management. In this role you will develop expert understanding of Gallagher products, systems, and customers; and help coordinate that understanding across our teams.

Please note this is primarily an on-site role but there will be some flexibility once fully onboarded to work from home on occasion.

**As Part of #TeamGallagher you will**
- Directly support & train our customer-facing (tier 1) support teams around the world.
- Resolve any product issues experienced by our customer-facing support teams. This may involve coordinating solutions with our (tier 3) development teams.
- Ensure our support teams are well equipped with appropriate product knowledge, support tools and support media.

**Key Experience and Attributes for Success**
- An ability to communicate fluently in Spanish (written and oral) and English. Other languages may be an advantage but are not essential.
- Proven experience in database debugging using SQL queries.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g. Python, C#, or similar).
- Solid technical understanding of software systems (e.g. cloud, PC, web, embedded).
- Outstanding people & communications skills, with strong emotional intelligence to effectively engage with different cultures, personalities, and knowledge levels.
- Strong customer empathy. An advocate willing to challenge traditional methods.
- An ability to write clear technical documents.
- An ability to problem-solve to root cause.
- An ability to train and mentor other team members.
- An ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- An ability to prioritise work based on impact and value.
- An understanding of animal farming business, technology, and practices.
