**WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?**
This is a combined role that provides the opportunity to demonstrate your relationship management and administrative capabilities on a wide scope.
This is a truly flexible role where you manage your own time as well as enjoy variety and diversity in your day-to-day tasks.

**To be successful in this role, you will need to have/be**:
- Flexible and proactive to the needs of stakeholders and the business.
- Have a professional telephone manner and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven administrative experience with strong customer service skills.
- The ability to effectively manage and escalate all requests, complaints, and notifications from the public and our clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Social media savvy (advantageous).
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
This is a junior role that will potentially suit either an Engineering graduate who would like to be exposed to the day-to-day running of a Maintenance contract or someone with a communications background with a passion for customer service and stakeholder management.
