As we continue to grow, we are looking for an **Online Order & Digital Marketing Assistant** to join our small, collaborative team. This role is a blend of hands-on operational work and creative digital marketing, making it an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This is a part-time role requiring **three in-studio days per week** (minimum), with flexibility for additional marketing-related tasks to be completed remotely.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Fulfillment & Customer Support**
- Process, pack, and dispatch online orders and Airpoints orders with precision and care, ensuring an exceptional unboxing experience for our customers.
- Manage stock inventory, assisting with organisation and restocking where necessary.
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding orders, shipping, and returns, delivering friendly and professional service.

**Digital Marketing Support**
- Assist with the creation of engaging social media content, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok posts, in line with our brand identity.
- Support with creating **videos and product photography** for marketing purposes.
- Stay on top of digital trends and suggest innovative content ideas to grow our brand presence online.
- Support marketing with website updates, product descriptions, and other content that enhances the customer experience.
- Help plan and execute marketing strategies for key sales periods, launches, and promotions.
- Liaise with KOLs to generate UGC content
- Track and report on **digital marketing performance**, using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Collaborate with the owner and external marketing consultants on new campaign ideas and strategies.
- Manage Airpoints and Qantas marketing schedules and ensure strategies and offers are in-line with overall marketing objectives.

**Content Creation**
- Assist with photography for products and marketing materials, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with the Silk & Steel brand aesthetic.
- Create compelling graphics for social media, EDMs, and advertisements using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

**Working Hours**:
