**What you'll do.**

The Warehouse Officer will support with stocktaking, inventory management, receipting, administration, and general warehouse duties associated with sorting and preparing paper waste material for processing through the shredder, disintegrator, or hog grinder.

The key accountabilities of the role will include but are not limited to the following:

- Prompt and accurate recording of actual daily bins processed quantities and times on Daily Job Sheets for administration purposes.
- Maintaining professional conduct at all times.
- Maintaining equipment in a safe and complete working condition at all times
- Hold Safety as a core value and contribute to the achievement of a zero harm and an incident/injury-free environment
- A forklift license is advantageous but not essential
- Efficient and effective handling of confidential material
- Manage relationships with key customers and all suppliers

This is a permanent full-time position with the workdays being Monday to Friday 40 hours in a week. The shift start at 6:30 am.

- Exceptional experience with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Intermediate level or above.
- You are an energetic, outgoing person who is organised, can manage your time well, and multitask effectively.
- Applicants must be fit, healthy, and able to lift heavy loads when necessary
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written
- Drive improvements in warehouse processes and compliance
