**Job Description**:
Our Tauranga branch is growing and due to an internal change, we're looking for an Operations Supervisor to join the team. This is a full-time role.

The Supervisor role is to act as 2IC assist with product transfer onto vessels. Tanker Operations involve the discharging of fuel. Responsible for operational activities of the local team to effectively and efficiently to ensure SGS PTO maintains optimum customer satisfaction. To contribute to the attainment of the Business’ strategies / OI objectives. Financial responsibility for the branch (invoicing) and invoiced prior to month end, the rostering of all work ensuring we meet all OI requirements (Fatigue Policy) and reviewing of timesheets to ensure all information is true and accurate.

We need people that will follow all operating procedures thoroughly and safely. You need to be prepared to be flexible, available to work a variety of possible workdays, weekends and available after hours.

- Demonstrated skill in following operating procedures including strict health and safety requirements.
- Good verbal communication and able to maintain accurate written records.
- Current drivers licence.
- Pass a drug screening process.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- A genuine interest in creating value through your relationships with your team and clients
