Passenger Operator

Work on board the trains in Wellington, clipping tickets and providing a high level of customer service
- Great starting rate of $22.75 per hour + penal rates (up to $44.52 per hour on Sundays)
- 20 hours per week, flexible part time hours available
- Overtime available for full-time hours

**The role**
We are looking for people who enjoy customer service and want to go that extra mile to help out their customers. In this role you are responsible for clipping passenger tickets, collecting revenue and answering questions they have about our services.
**What you bring**:
- Strong focus on generating customer satisfaction
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to take charge of situations and stay calm under pressure
- A good grasp of health and safety
- Shift work on either a morning or afternoon roster with the ability to start/finish outside of public transport hours
This role is important to the safety of our passengers and as such requires the successful applicant to continue to meet employment benchmarks.
