We aim to continue building on our multidisciplinary service, and therefore the position would be either full-time or split time for applicants with specialty interests. Those with infectious disease or immunology experience would be particularly desirable. You will be part of a large dedicated team of physicians, registrars, clinical nurse specialists, allied health and administrative staff.

Required skills & experience you will need to be considered for this role:

Knowledge and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi

Registration with Medical Council of New Zealand, therefore inclusive of scope of practice of specialist

*
A practising certificate with the Medical Council of New Zealand

*
Qualified to practice as a specialist Internal Medicine Physician

*
Preferably a minimum of two years as a Specialist in Infectious Diseases (depending on qualifications exceptions may be made)

*
Recognised and accredited Infectious Diseases training an qualification

*
Current full driver's license
