**About Us**:
Jiya Enterprise Limited is a grocery retail store, known for quality products and excellent customer service. We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee operations and drive store success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Oversee financial performance, budgets, and cost control.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and inventory audits.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues.
- Implement sales strategies and promotions to meet targets.
- Maintain compliance with safety, health, and food hygiene standards.
- Prepare reports on sales, performance, and operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification or Work Experience:

- Diploma or higher in commerce, management, hospitality management etc. OR
- At least three years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and analyze financial data.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
