**What You Will Do**

You’ll be supporting multiple customers at any given time, you’ll need to problem solve and think on your feet. Prioritising the daily operations of the fleet and working collaboratively with your counterparts in the team to relieve pressure points whether it be a broken down truck, a road closure or a discrepancy of inventory. You’ll use your customer service skills and relationships to successfully navigate your way through to a positive outcome.

You will be monitoring and reporting on production, inventory, and delivery targets, negotiating with suppliers and customers and meeting them in the field when issues demand direct communications. You’ll be given full training on our software and processes and have on the job support from your teammates while you find your feet.

**Your main responsibilities include**:

- Staying in regular communication with our customers, preempting any issues that might occur and providing suitable solutions as and when they arise.
- Managing the crew uplift and delivery plans by productively utilising the trucking fleet to ensure the operations are as cost effective as possible, efficient and optimising available resources.
- Collecting information, producing reports and ensuring they’re accurate and delivered in a timely manner
- As our team works on a rosta of 8 hour shifts within the hours of 5am-5pm, a degree of flexibility is required to ensure adequate coverage during operational hours.
- Becoming familiar and competent with Trimble’s specialist logistics software and maintaining the integrity of data and content within the system.
- Supporting our end users through training and troubleshooting.
- Establish confidence with the customers by maintaining a professional and informative demeanour.

**What Skills & Experience You Should Bring**
- Proven experience in Forestry, DIspatching, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar.
- IT literate and interest in learning new technologies
- A natural ability to problem solve and manage your own time
- Proven experience in multi tasking
- Ability to effectively prioritise a variety of tasks at different stages of completion
- A personable and confident manner with customers
- You are able to articulate yourself well through all forms of written and verbal communication
- Curiosity and willingness to learn and become competent in using our software systems.
