We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and skilled person to join our team. The Senior Advisor - Performance & Insights is a role that reports to the System Lead, Performance & Insights within the Planning, Funding & Performance directorate. This position supports the development, implementation and maintenance of the performance monitoring function for HBDHB, using data analysis and health research. Reporting and monitoring will be at a localities level as well as statutory and governance reporting.

To be considered for this role you will need to have a high level of understanding of the principles of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi and advanced analytical skills. An ability to write to a high standard that is appropriate for the audience is also required. You will be results-driven with strong relationship management skills and a relevant tertiary qualification.
