The Team Secretary is part of an outstanding team responsible for the provision of efficient secretarial and administrative support for Wairoa Hospital & Health Centre. Your skills and experience will shine through when tending to our resources in accordance with team and organisation policies, objectives, code of ethics and standards of professional practice.
- Warm, inviting and kind disposition.
- Ability to be flexible in an ever-changing environment
- Previous experience at a Secretarial or similar role.
- Outstanding communication skills, with an ability to communicate in a culturally appropriate manner with our Wairoa people.
- High trust to effectively manage highly confidential issues.
- Attention to detail is a must, as your excellent planning, forecasting skills will assist management in making some key decisions.
- A can-do attitude to quality improvement and innovation.
