We're looking for a Lead Analytics Engineer to join our team and work alongside some of the most talented and creative professionals in the industry.

**What you will do**
- Develop a secure, scalable, and maintainable data warehousing platform using industry standard tools - including AWS Redshift, DBT, Fivetran, Kafka, and AWS Glue.
- Collaborate across teams and functions to help define our technical roadmap, strategy and architecture for analytics and reporting to both our customers and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with product managers and domain teams to solve open-ended problems for internal and external customers.
- Provide domain expertise and share data and analytics knowledge with the wider team.
- Mentor and support other engineers, while creating a safe and inclusive environment for our diverse team.

**About you**
- Experience with data analytics, data engineering, and data warehousing in a cloud software context.
- An entrepreneurial streak, with the ability to identify new opportunities and lead through influence.
- Ability to align engineering work with high level organizational goals.
- Ability to manage risk, ambiguity, and dependencies.
- A growth mindset, and a keen sense of ownership.
