**Job Description** How you’ll make an impact**
In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face of Lumino Auckland Central, ensuring every patient feels valued from the moment they walk through our doors. You’ll manage appointment bookings, handle enquiries with professionalism and warmth, and support our dental team to keep the practice running smoothly.
**Hours of Work**:
- Monday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Tuesday: 6:45 am - 3:45 pm
- Wednesday: 11:45 am - 8:15 pm
- Thursday: 10:30 am - 7:00 pm
- Friday: 7:45 am - 3:45 pm
**Qualifications** Your experience and approach**
Your greatest asset is your positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous receptionist or customer service experience is ideal but not essential—we value enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a patient-first mindset.
The ability to speak additional languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or Hindi is a plus, helping us connect with Auckland’s diverse community.
