**Job Details**:This practice is seeking a full-time Veterinarian to join their growing team You will have at least two years of experience in a veterinary practice and will have proven yourself to be a collegial and capable team player who enjoys working in a busy environment and who can relate well with a range of clients. Working in a small team, you will have the confidence and capability to work as the sole veterinarian in the clinic (although colleagues from their other clinics are only a phone call away).

This clinic is in a perfect location for anyone who wants the best of both worlds. A short drive to Christchurch, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle, it is a vibrant town with countless outdoor recreational activities on its doorstep. With good schools and childcare facilities, it is an ideal spot for families and professional people of all ages. You will have access to the latest technology in a well-equipped practice and benefit from networks and support structures across the country, meaning you have the benefit of a wider team, a network of supportive and collaborative vets all over New Zealand, while being supported to grow your own part of the business.

This clinic is a fully equipped general practice clinic with everything you would expect, including ultrasound, in-house pathology, dental x-ray. The clinic also supports our Pet First Wellness preventative healthcare programme. They also have capable nurses and friendly, helpful support staff. Being close to Christchurch, their vets enjoy limited on-call demand throughout the year. Working alongside our other vets and independently, your days are varied and fun.
