**Job Summary**:
Columbus Coffee Riccarton requires an experienced full time Cafe Manager. Reporting to and working with the café owner we are looking for a driven and customer focused manager to lead and motivate our team.

**Café Manager Responsibilities include**:

- Forward planning for staffing and scheduling to meet business needs
- Driving customer service to meet KPIs and budgets.
- Ensuring training is consistently planned, communicated, completed and recorded and is to Columbus standards
- Maintain all Columbus Coffee Cabinet and Menu standards across all day parts
- Deliver our Coffee and Beverage products to Columbus brand standards every time
- Establish and maintain store cleanliness, organisation and stock levels.
- Ensure Food Safety Standards are set, maintained and documented as per legislation and Columbus brand standards

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Proven experience in a hospitality operation
- Proven people leadership experience.
- Passion for customer service and creating special customer moments, every time
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Experience coaching and training staff.
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- 1 - 2 years barista experience with an open mind to embracing our brand standards, systems and training methods
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Solution focused with a can attitude
