**The role**:
This isn't your usual 'Grounds Attendant' role - think large scale and world class entertainment SkyCity Auckland is on the hunt for a cleaning superstar who will take charge of ensuring the outside of our facility is spic and span for our amazing guests. This is a great role to get to know every corner of the business offering your support for all our departments in ensuring they can run operationally. Our Grounds Attendants manage the water blasting and general maintenance of the exterior site as well as rubbish runs every morning and pool maintenance in our award-winning so it's full-on You'll keep the grounds looking top notch while checking off your daily tasks obviously making it all look effortless - phew.

**You**:
So, it goes without saying that you'll need to be physically fit and healthy for this role and be comfortable and happy being on your feet for most of the day. You will be someone adaptable to different environments - one day you could be working inside our busy car park, the next, outside in the sunshine or rain tackling set tasks that need action. Great time management will get you far in this role with the natural capability to shift to different jobs quickly and the ability to work unsupervised is important. Last but by no means least you'll be someone who enjoys communicating with others whether that be internal departments or with our customers, whose needs will always be top of your agenda.
