**Responsibilities**: As a Roller Driver at Downer, you will play a crucial role in our road construction projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Operating rollers to compact and level earth, gravel, and asphalt on construction sites.
- Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the roller.
- Conducting pre-start checks and routine maintenance on the roller to ensure its optimal performance.
- Following project plans and specifications to achieve desired compaction and finish.

**Requirements**: To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

- Hold a valid New Zealand Class 2 driver's license.
- Proven experience and competency in operating rollers on construction sites.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to project sites as required.
