A permanent role in our Applications team based at TEC's CBD offices in Wellington. **He angitutanga**:_About the Role_** You will, translate them into system solutions, and ensure ongoing support once changes are implemented. In this role you will contribute to continuous improvement, exploring ways to make our systems smarter, faster, and more aligned to TEC's goals. Key responsibilities include: - Providing high-level support and training to users, particularly after new or updated releases. - Capturing user feedback to inform ongoing development. - Configuring Dynamics 365 CE to an intermediate to expert level, including form customisations, workflows, Power Automate, and Power Apps. - Supporting our integration with Genesys Cloud for telephony and digital messaging. **He korero mou**_:_**_ _**_What we are looking for:_** - PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant certification - MB-230: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant certification - Strong technical knowledge of D365 CE, including Plugin Assemblies, Web Resources, and Dataverse customisations. - Proven experience with customer relationship systems and integrated phone solutions. - Ability to configure D365 CE to an advanced level. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of people. - A flexible, approachable nature and a positive attitude to work. **_ Nga ahuatanga kei a matou_**:_What's in it for you?_** - Three additional (TEC Days) leave days - Recognition of previous public service which enhances your annual leave, long service leave and severance entitlements (conditions apply). - A range of benefits including flexible working options, a wellness programme - A motivated and supportive leader, keen to make the most of your skill set - Reduced premiums through our Health Insurance Group Scheme - A focus on Career development and internal opportunities At TEC we are committed to supporting a range of flexible working arrangements to help staff manage their work and personal commitments; we expect team members to be in the office at least three days per week to help collaboration We expect to appoint someone for this role at a salary within the range of $90,956 - $107,007 + 3% KiwiSaver depending on demonstrable skills and experience.
