**What you'll do**:
As our Fleet, Transport and Travel Manager, you'll play a vital role in shaping our low-carbon mobility journey—enabling our teams to move safely and efficiently while making a positive impact on our environment. This is your opportunity to take ownership of championing and leading smarter, greener transport solutions, and help lead Genesis toward a more sustainable future.

In this role, you will:

- Champion low-carbon travel options and accelerate the uptake of electric vehicles across our business.
- Oversee every facet of our fleet operations—from procurement and maintenance to supplier partnerships.
- Drive continuous improvement by optimising operating costs and enhancing performance.
- Lead our travel management approach, ensuring our people's journeys are seamless, cost-effective and safe.
- Support our commitment to safety by analysing incident data and ensuring our fleet is always compliant and well maintained.

- Experience in fleet, transport or travel management roles.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across the organisation.
- Proven expertise in vehicle management, maintenance and insurance processes.
- A strong commitment to sustainability and a drive to implement fuel-efficient practices.
- Motivation, adaptability and the confidence to deliver in a fast-paced, values-driven environment.
