**About the Job**

As a Team Leader - Horticulture, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our horticultural team to ensure the maintenance and care of our community spaces. Your responsibilities will include:

- Liaising with clients and members of the public to ensure effective communication and a positive community experience.
- Training, mentoring, and coaching staff to uphold the highest standards of horticultural care.
- Sharing and providing comprehensive knowledge of equipment, tools, and processes to enhance team performance.
- Maintaining the fleet, plant, and equipment to ensure their optimal functionality.
- Programming and overseeing reactive and scheduled horticultural work to maintain the wellbeing of our communities.

**Requirements**:
The successful applicant will have/be:

- Horticulture Level 4 qualification (desired).
- Previous experience in successfully running and managing a small team.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and effectively communicate with team members.
- A reliable and positive attitude, with a strong commitment to Health & Safety protocols.
- A genuine passion for horticulture and a dedication to the quality of work.
- A commitment to promoting inclusion and compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
- A strong work ethic and a genuine desire to enhance the wellbeing of our communities.
