Overland Footwear Group have an exciting opportunity for a Photography & Content Lead. We're looking for someone to join our Marketing/Creative team in our Newmarket Support Office in Auckland. This role works collaboratively with key stakeholders in the business, in a fast paced and agile environment. Reporting to our Brand & Marketing Manager you will be responsible for shooting all Mi Piaci, Merchant & Deuce campaign and ecommerce imagery, working collaboratively with the digital and creative team to create world class market leading campaigns and outputs.

As an experienced photographer, you'll be able to visually interpret other people's ideas - and you'll have a keen interest fashion and the latest trends. On the technical side, you'll need proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, studio/flash photography, on location fashion photography, and product photography

**Key responsibilities**
- Photography - planning, production & post-production of all imagery for Mi Piaci, Merchant & Deuce Brands
- Shoot & help drive seasonal tactics and strategies
- Recording the photography & studio budget
- Manage photography studio
- Retouch a range of imagery
- Shoot ecomm product imagery for website and manage process through to upload
- Liaise with external retouchers and suppliers when needed
- Some video editing

**We are looking for someone with**:

- 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Strong photography skills - Lighting set up and pre / post-production / experience in still life and fashion photography
- Proficient in/with; Photoshop, Capture One, Canon Cameras
- Indesign advantageous
- Have basic knowledge of; Premier pro, Bridge, Excel
- Strong retouching skills
- An eye for fashion & trends
- Clear communication & strong organisational skills
- A team approach - you love to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and can represent the business well in internal & external settings. You thrive on building relationships
