**Solution Architect - Dynamics 365CE**

**(Due to client restrictions, this role requires applicants to hold New Zealand citizenship or permanent residence)
**Capgemini is a leading company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to join our team and help us drive our digital transformation initiatives.**

**As a Solution Architect, you will be a key member of the Business Applications - MS Dynamics 365 CRM/ Customer Engagement team. Your role will be to assist in identifying and creatively solving complex customer problems, ensuring quality solution design and successful implementations.
**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead the architecture, design and implementation of D365CE solutions for our clients**:

- **Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and integration plans.**:

- **Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.**:

- **Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of solutions.**:

- **Conduct code reviews and provide feedback**:

- **Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 implementations.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Architect**:

- **In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and ERP solutions.**:

- **Strong understanding of integration patterns and technologies, such as REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Platform.**:

- **Experience with data migration and ETL processes.**:

- **Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.**:

- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**
