Mövenpick Auckland is currently on the looking for a Front Office superstars wishing to expand their knowledge in a luxury hotel environment as **_Guest Service Agent/ Reservations Agent._**
- Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
- To action all reservations request following the accurate hotel reservations policy
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience

**Qualifications**
- First impressions are everything As a Guest Service Agent/ Reservations Agent you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us
- An outgoing and approachable nature with the ability to build relationships.
- Ideally, you will have previous front line customer service experience
- Experience with Opera PMS system advantageous
- Exceptional personal presentation, articulate verbal communication and excellent telephone manner
