We’re looking for a Commercial Assistant to join our Grocery Wholesale team here in Aotearoa reporting to our Category Manager.

Joining our Grocery Wholesale team you’ll take accountability to support the buying and merchandising related processes that ensures NZGW has an efficient Wholesale solution for small customers, the right Trading Terms documented and agreed as well as the right products at the right time in the right price for the customer. Team Members support these processes through internal coordination, external communication with vendors, analysis and reporting, and general support.

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
- Ensure all administration tasks are executed in line with requirements
- Keep a complete records in line with requirements
- Maintains quality of data in information systems (SAP & DATA)
- Analyses trends and commercial related data sets.
- Help the relevant NZGW Category Assistant to ensure all Trading Term forms and details are accurate and signed off by both WWNZ and our suppliers
- Support the Head of Commercial and Category Team with documentation of agreed Trading Terms
- Support maintenance and issuing of Wholesale Pricing Lists
- Add, change, and remove promotions in the Promotions system
- Assist loading forecasts for customer demand
- Ensure all promotional activities are completed within required deadlines
- Complete delegated tasks and projects as required
- Manage queries from customers and suppliers on behalf of Category Managers
- Prepare internal stakeholder updates and communications (e.g. Daily Bulletins) as required
- Maintains and updates buying/merchandising policies, procedures, guides and other relevant documented materials
- Arranges and coordinates meetings and cross team coordination
- Support the other NZGW Category Assistants where and when needed

**About You | Mōu**

To succeed in this role you will need to have previous experience within a similar Administration support role and be an organised self starter who is looking to work within a business working at scale

To be successful in this position, you will have previous experience:

- Manage high volume of customer interaction through to resolutions
- Represent the organisation externally, with significant accountability for reputation and brand
