We need Duty Managers who are happy with early starts (can be as early as 3am) and keen to work at all airport venues You will get to experience tons of variety at work and no two days are the same With multiple dynamic spaces, operating 7 days a week this will be the challenge you are looking for. You’ll need to lead from the front, ensuring the whole team is 100% committed to wowing our guests every time You’ll be part of a great team vibe with a sense of caring and looking after each other each day. Your eye for detail and organisational skills will ensure every customer's journey from start to finish is effortless

**Our dream applicants will have**:

- Ideally 2 years hospitality experience in a vibrant, fast-paced venue
- A current, valid LCQ & Manager's certificate
- The ability to do early starts
- A good understanding of opening/closing venues & cashing up
- Experience managing and leading a team
- Good food & beverage knowledge and_ high focus on customer experiences_
- The ability to build great relationships with customers and team members
- The ability to be comfortable under pressure
