We are looking for a passionate Barista who loves excellent coffee, and enjoys interacting with our awesome customers to be Manager of our Columbus Caravan Café situated at Mitre 10 Crofton Downs.

The successful applicant will demonstrate high energy, attention to detail and a strong focus on customer experience. At Columbus Coffee we understand the importance of our customers and ensuring we provide the best possible service.

**Our ideal applicant**:

- Have Management experience in running a Café and working with a small team
- Robust understanding around Food Control Plans and all areas of Health and Safety
- A competent and experienced barista who can work quickly and well under pressure
- Be experienced with point of sale
- Have great interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
- Take real pride in yourself and your work, be well presented, with a great personality
- Good time management
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to think ahead and offer innovative solutions
- Be responsible for all aspects of running a café, e.g. ordering supplies, training staff etc

Above all, you need to have a genuine interest in hospitality and strive for excellence in delivering our customers outstanding service.

This is a full-time permanent position Monday - Friday 6.15am-4.15pm.
