**Test Lead (12 months fixed term)**

We're looking for a fixed-term Test Lead to join the implementation team for our Information Services Strategic Plan (ISSP). Reporting to the Director ISSP, you'll be responsible for the overall test strategy across multiple projects - including Cloud-based FMIS and HRIS systems, website and intranet migrations, custom development to support audit functions and a relationship management system, directing test activities for staff and vendors, and executing tests.

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

- at least five years' testing experience;
- experience creating test strategies and test plans;
- strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes;
- familiar with Azure Dev Ops (ADO);
- experience with Waterfall and Agile delivery;
- a pragmatic, practical, and solution-focused attitude;
- effective communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills; and
- good time management across multiple priorities.
