The Data & Informatics Team within the Health and Environment Group, works with a range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver, enhance and support software solutions including Laboratory Information Systems and Public Health Surveillance Systems.

**This role offers the opportunity to be involved in**:

- Arranging any hardware, software, data and/or licensing requirements.
- Identifying existing test scripts and cases using the Business Process Repository and Baseline Suite.
- Creating and designing tests within the test tool suite.
- Assigning and allocating tasks to the testing team members on the project.
- Ensuring content and structure of all testing documents/artefacts is documented and maintained.
- Keeping track of the new requirements / change in requirements of the project.
- Escalating issues about project requirements (software, hardware, resources) to Project Manager.
- Maintaining regular communication with all relevant parties regarding progress, issues and/or risk.
- Championing the principles of good SDLC in the data and informatics team
- Working with technical SMEs to produce E2E test plans
- Maintain good working knowledge of ESR's systems and how they fit together

To be successful in this role you will offer broad experience with at least 7 years within testing management along with leadership experience/willingness to help train other team members in all areas of expertise.
You will have demonstrated ability to manage testing environments and an in-depth understanding of testing methodologies and practices, knowledge of and experience with the entire SDLC and testing life cycle and writing test plans and business process mapping. Ideally offering a working knowledge of ITIL framework, ISTQB Certified and experience with AzureDevOps.
