Job description

Due to a growth upswing, we are recruiting for a motivated **I.T. Technical Engineer**to join our small office and home team. **Job Title: I.T. Technical Engineer (More Technical than Sales Engineer)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve IT issues for home and business customers
- Understand client needs, create proposals, and offer tailored solutions.

- Confidently answer calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Work with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Create and deliver engaging presentations and product demos.

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong and broad technical background
- Have CompTIA A+ Certification or Equivalent or Experience
- Demonstrate technical expertise of MS Exchange (Hosted), Microsoft 365, Google Suite, Backup Veeam and Cove
- Can you figure out how to stop Outlook Classic from being killed off by Outlook new all the time?
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Able to work as a part of a team
- Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Not afraid to answer the phone and engage with clients directly.
