- The role is based at our Technology Centre site in Christchurch
- The role is a permanent Full Time position
- The working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

**About the Role**

Working in a fast-paced environment, the role of Digital Services Operator focuses mainly on receiving, sorting and distributing mail as quickly and as efficiently as possible in accordance with set service standards.

**Main Duties**
- Mail sorting and mail distribution at client sites
- Document Preparation for Digitisation
- Customer communication
- Digital workflow tasks
- Logistic tasks as required
- General administrative duties including data entry as required
- Ensure your site is compliant with Canon and Client Health & Safety Standards
- Lifting boxes and moving them around different work stations

**Key Requirements**
- To be available from Monday, Tuesday & Thursday (8:00am - 4:30pm) ; Wednesday & Friday (7:00am - 3:30pm)
- A clean full Class 1 Drivers Licence
- Excellent customer service
- Motivation and willingness to take initiative
- A positive attitude
- Attention to detail
- To be a strong team player with excellent communication skills
- To be able to manage flexible time and multi-task
- Able to adopt and work unsupervised
- Able to carry boxes which are 16kg #LI-MM1
